if any of you know about this place you will agree with me, its SO FUN! its a big makeup store, like Sephora, and they have one in utah now!!!!!! i swear i DIED when i saw it, its in riverdale before the mall across the street from the Ruby River Steak House, it has TONS of makeup and their name brand makeup (Ulta brand) is all BUY ONE GET ONE FREE!!!! seriously girls, GO, RUN to Ulta, you will love it!

Ok so aside from this new store, I hear that at the Riverday JC Penny (not the one in the mall) There is ACUTALLY a SEPHORA!!!! oh my how will we ever save another dime?!? Let's go hit both of them up.
