i dont know why this was so funny to me but i thought i would post it....

lily is really good at "listening" when you talk to her (jp knows about this, she loves to listen to jp talk) so tonight me and her were alone and i was on the computer and a story came on the news about a dog who was attacked by a shark while swimming......so i look over at her and she is looking at the dog on tv then she looks at me, then looks at the dog then at me....it was hilarious it was like she knew what they were talking about and she was sad about what had happened! so i just had to take a pic of her looking at me it really was like she was shocked about the story on the news.....

i love that the dog is wearing a "compression suit"-----well at least he survived!

danielle and dannys wedding

me jp and B all went to Danielle and Danny's wedding last weekend, it was so fun, we laughed and laughed with some friends from high school and took lots of pics....

high school tag.....

3. What is your most embarrassing moment in high school? my hair was my embarassing moment!
4. Were you a party animal? i was too young and innocent to do any of that
5. Were you considered a flirt? me? probably....with ugly, nerdy boys just so i could say someone flirted back.
6. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? choir with krid....and when we had to go up in front of the whole class for a solo krid got to stand next to me i was so glad!
7. Were you a nerd? i wasn't smart enough to be a nerd!.
8. Were you on any varsity teams? oh please....next question.
9. Did you get suspended/expelled? no, not even after all the sluffing i did...
10. Can you still sing the fight song? you better believe it...and we honked the whole song in our cars as we drove by!
11. Who were your favorite teachers? Mr. Navadomskis he was such a good teacher
12. Where did you sit during lunch? jakes over the top
13. School Mascot? Dart
14. Did you go to homecoming and with who? this is painful to type....yes i went...with joey. enough said.
15. If you could go back and do it again, would you? never!
16. What do you remember most about graduation? The fact that we were supposed to sit in alphabetical order but we cheated and sat as follows: Brittany Willey, Samantha Sundloff, and Jessica Petersen! We're freakin awesome.
17. Where did you go senior skip day? ill change that to senior skip year...and we went to einsteins bagels in layton, every morning...and my mom would always catch us....how could you not see a yellow car flying by?
18. Have you gained weight since then? not a pound... :)....
19. Who was your prom date? brett d (from bonneville) and jeff hansen
20. Are you planning on going to your 10 year reunion? sure, if im still hot, and ill drag my friends along too
21. Looking back, what advice would you give yourself? go to seminary...you didn't even know your seminary teachers name

Our Maiden Voyage to the cabin....

my parents have been building a cabin for the past 3 years+ out in Duchesne and this summer it was FINALLY finished....i have been wanting to go out there since it was finished but with our schedules we haven't had a chance to go, my parents go a ton but we haven't gone yet....till last weekend.....we invited my in laws and my husbands sister mandy and then my husbands brother and his wife and their TRIPLETS got invited.............

it was a really quick trip, only one night stay so i didn't get many pics, it was a mad house with everyone there....next time we go ill take pictures of all the bedrooms/bathrooms, both sides of the upstairs and other fun things.....oh and ill get a close up shot of our lovely elk head that hangs in the front room....glass eyes and all...i swear the entire time i was sitting in the kitchen he was giving me the stink eye...


the first two pics are of the backyard....DESOLATE. but so fun! its so fun not having any other cabins by us....just lots of sagebrush and lizards

purse party

the other day my mom had her annual fall purse party....here are some pics of the day...it was really fun. we had a good turn out, as always...

the pics dont really do how many purses we had justice....we had over 200!

sundloff family motto

for years my parents have been searching for something to call our "family motto", a few months ago they were at a special meeting honoring Elder Ballard (for you out there that know the whole story he is the one who gave my mom a blessing when she was in the hospital) during the meeting someone was talking about Elder Ballard and said he was a man "who was righteous even in the dark times of life", right as they heard that my parents turned to eachother and knew that that would become the Sundloff family motto so my mom "martha stewart" made it into a plaque for all the family members to remind all of us to be righteous even in the dark times of our lives....im so glad to have such wonderful parents, for those of you who are lucky to know them you will agree they are perfect examples in life especially perfect examples of what it means to be IN LOVE im so glad to have our new family motto and im glad i could share it with my blogging friends!
